In the V1.0.0 folder under Files menu you can find different .exe files associated to File Organizer. You can find the lighter version without any theme and the version with a black theme. Moreover, you can choose to download the installer or one of the files without "setup" which you can run directly after download. Make sure to read ReadME.txt for app instructions.
