dates file not processed for next year

I have dates stored in my ~/.cal file. Some are specific dates; some are date formulas. For example:

1st Thu in all 19:00 Important Meeting

...works fine if I run pcal with the current year, say
(today is 3 Mar 2007):

pcal 5 2007 > May.ps

but if I try to generate a calendar for next year, say

pcal 1 2008 > Jan2008.ps

I get a calendar, but there are no date entries.

Add support for DESTDIR in Makefile

Hi,

I'm currently packaging pcal for Gentoo and I have to patch your Makefile because it misses the DESTDIR feature.

The patch is attaches and my way of doing it might be kind of ugly. Could you add such a feature ?

Compile fails under cygwin

When compiling pcal-4.9.1 with cygwin, you'll get the
following error:

$ make

So getline should be renamed to getline_pcal or

\"no match for wildcard\" when there isn\'t a blue moon

pcal gives a "no match for wildcard" error when there
is not a blue moon during a calendar year.

Run pcal for 2004 and 2005 (or 2006 if you like). In
2004 there was a blue moon at the end of July and no
error message. In 2005 there weren't any blue moons and
the error is reported.

no event output

When executing the following command:

pcal -P a4 -F 1 -f /path/to/calenderfile.txt -o
/path/to/output.ps -E 10 2005 12

The events for the upcoming year (2006) won't be inserted.

-Y -100 dies: unrecognized flag

pcal -Y -50 -o tempa.ps
dies since the -50 is interpreted as a flag.
I need to move the image down on the page, and there is
no way to do this.
