Text can't be edit.

Hi! :-)

Sometimes (ατ random) note text can't be edit,.
I can see the cursor, but pressing the keyboard keys, has not have any effect.
Unloading PNotes from memory and relaunching, solves the problem.

I have this problem, since I upgraded from Win 10 -> 11.

This also happens on note window resize. If these are layered windows, maybe try extended style: 0x2000000 (double buffering)

Portable PNotes windows 10

Going to preferences -> Skins
I select (No skin)
I change the background to anything...
Next time I create a new note the background is the same

Same settings - the default font can't be set at all.
It can be set in Preferences -> Appearence - But It is not used for new notes

Now when I create a new note, although I set new background collor it is still yellow orange. To make things worse, the default font color is something that makes the text next to invisible.

Pity such a good app has those little but annoying issues.

Setting font color anf background color of every new note after creation time is not the way to go!

Are those bugs, oversites oram I doing something wrong

pnote flickers

After pinning a note to a program window or browser window the text included in the pnote flickers when called forward. The flickering seems to continue while scrolling and videing the window it is attached to AND when trying to add notes to the pnote
Any idea what is going on?

It is taken from assembly's "Copyright" attribute, so it is a kind of hardcoded. I just forget to change the attribute for two years.
Glad to know somebody looks at "About" dialog :-)

The About box says "2013-2017".
I think, it sould be 2019 by now.

Is it hardcoded?
I think it can read the current day, from Windows instead.
OK! Not really a bug.
Just a minor glitch.
