Very useful program, but it is wearying to have to reset everything each time the program starts up.  Especially wearying (and not included in the Properties window) is the need to keep re-choosing the default font, which resets itself to the alphabetically first font on my computer with every startup. &lt;p&gt;See attached image; after applying superscript to some piece of text, it is not always legible. In some cases it is easy to read the text while in most cases it is not.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Instead of creating a movement arrow, the Alt-click and drag method moves the entire TreeForm window.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A noteworthy behavior possibly related to the movement arrows - clicking before holding down Alt allows to freely move individual nodes out of the structure, as shown in the attachment. At this point, the tree can only be extended by keyboard shortcuts; if the bottom node is null, another branch has to be built up to the point where the null node is no longer at the bottom of the window.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have some comments on how you package TreeForm.  The&lt;br /&gt;
.jar contains a lot of unnecessary classes: the Eclipse&lt;br /&gt;
.project, .classpath, a whole bunch of .ucd and .uud&lt;br /&gt;
files created by Omondo’s UML Plugin, another jar (error?).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Furthermore, it would be nice to include the source&lt;br /&gt;
code too, I mean, it is available via Sourceforge CVS&lt;br /&gt;
anyway.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a sidenote: it is noble to include a .bat file, but&lt;br /&gt;
I do not think this is worth it to make a separate&lt;br /&gt;
package for Windows.  How about simply explaining in&lt;br /&gt;
the documentation that the jar should be run with&lt;br /&gt;
enough memory, and how this can be done?&lt;/p&gt;
