zipdiff output shows as different even after excluding the file using regex

Hi Sean,
i'm using zipdiff to compare two zip file and trying to get the actual output.

But what happens is, it shows some files are different, even though they are identical when I compared using beyond compare
Have attached the actual source zip file for your reference.

Step 1:
If we compare the zip file as it is. It will highlight that there are differences in pom.properties. Which are valid difference.
Step 2:
If we compare the zip files after excluding pom.properties using regex. We still see differences. Which is not correct.

Please advise how to handle and get the correct output. If required, I can execute some script on top of zipdiff to get the desired output (eg. 1. Run zipdiff, 2. Execute sh script on top of it. 3. Execute md5, etc)

Hi Support,
When I run the zipdiff command in windows I get the
expected results. My java -version in Windows in
1.4.2_09-b05.
On UNIX my java -version is 1.3.1

And when I run the command:
java -jar zipdiff.jar -file1 abc.ear file2 efg.ear

I get the error:
Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
java/lang/CharSequence
