Pros: You can connect to the desktop as well as mobile devices. The user interface is fairly intuitive for new users. I'm happy with its screen streaming. The session chat is a very good addition, to chat between support persons and clients.
Cons: It should provide better firewalls and security updates to block sensitive data access while connected in the screen-sharing session.
Overall: Zoho Assist is the practically best solution for the remote helpdesk. Earlier we were using TeamViewer and other tools but after implementing this solution we never felt again to migrate. Its screen streaming works flawless.

Pros: Zoho Assist is a remote desktop support with a number of plans to choose from and even has a decent free plan if you are not looking for professional use. It offers all the basic remote software features like session recording, chatting and more.
Cons: The only issue i found is that there is a hard limit of 25 unattended computers. Another minor con is that standard plan is pretty limited and don't even have mobile apps.
Overall: Zoho Assist is a good remote software which can be used for free and upgraded at an affordable price. It is quite effective and is surely bang for your buck.

Overall: Zoho Assist is an awesome stand alone platform for remote support and remote access needs. We use it to to troubleshoot different issues of our clients on the remote. It offers voice and video based chat during the remote connection which make it very helpful in troubleshooting and explaining the same to the clients. It can be used to transfer files from host to guest just like copying and pasting. IT office full functional mobile application which can be used to to connect remotely with desktops and perform the troubleshooting.

Overall: Zoho Assist is boon for our marketing department in current Work from Home condition. We were earlier dependent on VPNs and other screen sharing tools for controlling our workstation from home. Although those tools works great but we were frequently facing connection drops. After switching to Zoho Assist the problem of connection drop is vanished. It offers remote power control, so we have complete control of our workstations. It supports Annotation, which is great feature for our internal discussion. It support File transfer and Instant chat, which is charm and we use it for collaboration among Team mates.

Pros: The Zoho Assist product works well connecting with our clients to do training and troubleshooting. The software's interface is easy to use requiring only the email address for the person you want to connect to. With a fast internet connection we've had very little to no latency issues connecting to clients 3000 miles away.
Cons: The only Con has to do with connecting to Macs and is not Zoho's issue, but their software prevents the person connecting to the Mac user from seeing the settings to help the person on the other end allow access in the security and accessibility settings.
Overall: The free version works very well for our needs. If you need concurrent sessions or access to unattended machines, you'll need to purchase a monthly subscriptions. I'd purchase a lower level license if it had the ability to "schedule" appointments, but that requires a higher level license with a bunch of addons that I don't need.
