Locale Emulator is a tool similar to AppLocale and NTLEA, providing a simulation function that can make an application recognize your OS as in a language other than the real one. It is quite useful when you are trying to play country-specific games. Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. Clone the repo using Git, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 / 2017, open LocaleEmulator.sln, perform build action, clone and build the core libraries, and copy LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll from Locale-Emulator-Core to Locale-Emulator build folder.

IKVM.NET is a JVM for the Microsoft .NET Framework and Mono. It can both dynamically run Java classes and can be used to convert Java jars into .NET assemblies. It also includes a port of the OpenJDK class libraries to .NET.

ProjectPSX is an experimental PlayStation 1 emulator written entirely in C# that focuses on learning and exploring console hardware through a clean and dependency-free implementation. The project emulates key components of the PS1 architecture, including the MIPS R3000A CPU, GPU, DMA controller, and CD-ROM subsystem, all interconnected through a custom bus system. Unlike production-grade emulators, ProjectPSX is intentionally designed as a transparent and educational codebase, prioritizing simplicity and readability over full compatibility or performance optimization. It includes a software-based rasterizer for rendering 3D graphics and supports features such as memory cards, basic BIOS functionality, and controller input mapping. The emulator can run many commercial games to varying degrees, although timing inaccuracies and missing features can still cause instability.

DosBlaster is a DOS game launcher to run DOS games. It requires DOSBOX (http://www.dosbox.com) as a backend to run the game. The users import the games and then run them.

Input Control is a project to allow users to create and play back logs of their play sessions on retro game consoles that use serial communication controllers. Only SNES is supported in the current version, but future updates can be expanded to most types of consoles. Firmware and some code originally based on jaburn's NintendoSpy project, but it has changed a lot for consistency and otherwise.

This fake run dialogue can be used instead of the real windows run dialogue in order to waste the tech support scammers time and confuse them. It is based upon the windows 7 run dialogue, but is not noticeably different from the run dialogue in most other windows versions when not side by side. Many commands commonly used by scammers, such as cmd, msconfig and eventvwr are handled by this, but they provide results that the scammer would not be expecting, for example, the eventvwr command will bring up a dialogue saying everything looks normal. cmd will bring up the command prompt, but this is great when used in combination with my fake command prompt, also available on sourceforge. Commands not included all come back with the usual error as displayed for invalid entries in the real run dialogue.

"Slow CPU" Emulator is useful for slowing down games, testing how applications deal with lag, and/or reducing the overall CPU usage of a specified process. Simply tell the emulator the update interval and speed percentage, and witness your application slowing down to the specified speed live! The code is written in C# for Windows and is extremely robust, flexible and stable, and has been tested very thoroughly. I apologise in advance for the code not being very readable, sometimes spaghetti code is more optimised code. ;) If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to tell me. :) License: MS-PL Do whatever you want with the code.
