This is a simulator for the BACnet Web Services (BACnet/WS) protocol proposed in Addendum am to ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 135.

PLEASE NOTE: this implements "PPR1" of the protocol that will go into public review in spring 2014. It is currently a committee draft. If you would like a copy, please join the BACnet Data Modeling Working Group by contacting its convener. See www.bacnet.org for info.

The primary purpose for writing this was to spur development of prototypes to test the protocol. However, it has a BSD license, so you can do whatever you want with it.
