Bldndx helps organize and describe large collections of images. It is great for preserving information about images for others to read and enjoy. Bldndx keeps descriptions in a text file that it uses to create an html file with webpages about the image collections. A web browser is ideal for viewing images next to their descriptions. The webpage keeps medium resolution images with a title added to the top and has links to high resolution images for added detail.

The octfont reviews serve as a question and answer area for bldndx and other josephms sourceforge projects and are regularly checked.

Version 1.9.0 suppresses image creation for -largeimg=only- option and improves associated spacing and restricts it to being used with index=lft{forc, auto} and adds the -largeimg=only+ option and changes the bldndx to handle 6 letter collage suffixes and adds a link to title id line in lft(forc, auto} styles and applies scrollIntoView property to title id object instead of image object

Features

  • image index with description
  • webpage image viewing
  • high resolution images
