I've been using zehara.org's codebank for a very long time. However, I've been watching CodeVault to see if it will "catch up". Codebank is no longer under development, and has some bugs and lacks certain features. I'd love to switch to CodeVault, but it is yet lacking in a few places (as of the time of this writing).

It's a great snippet management tool, great code highlighting, good editor, user friendly environment and so on.The only drawback that currently has is lack of tagging feature.
