Dagger - The Cutting Edge download

Dagger "the cutting edge" is a nuts and bolts web engine / CMS (Content Management System) , aimed more to developers than webmasters.
It's more customizable than ordinary content management systems.

It's a spin off of the Edge Engine (of which Dagger's project leader was a co-developer), formerly used for Box Network's (Astalavista) websites.

No JavaScript required (it includes some non-vital JavaScript functions)
