Updates to the list libraries will be made as they are available at site noted below. First download the Scriba1750a_beta06.zip from here and install SCRIBA. Then do the list library update using the Papros link.(this free service for the open source platform is provided by a third party not connected to NIST): http://www.papros.com/scribalistsupdate.htm
