playSMS is a free and open source SMS management software, a web interface for SMS gateways and bulk SMS services.

Send and receive SMS, 1 SMS or bulk SMS
Receive SMS and handle them for autoreply, board, quiz, poll or subscribe
Receive SMS and handle them in external application or website
Send variety type of SMS such as simple text and unicode
Billing and rate management
Personal and company or shared phonebook
Supports bulk SMS providers such as clickatell, infobip, nexmo, twilio
Supports SMS gateway software such as gammu, gnokii, smstools and kannel
Supports routing based on prefix into multiple SMSC
