SCADA plugin

- SCADA plugin for JMP is designed for remote hardware monitoring and high-level control.
- JMP nodes must be running on all machines involved, i.e. both "polling" and "polled" machines.
- Machines communicate over custom protocol on top of Java RMI with encryption.
- The "field-level" machine gets the data from PLCs via Modbus. Any custom protocol can be added via new data import class.
- SCADA graphical output and polling parameters are set via web-interface.
