"Excellent Tool for All Workstations" Posted 2021-05-11
Pros: - This tool makes sending screenshots so easy, even for users who are usually tech adverse.
- The copy / paste feature makes for quick communication in instant messaging apps among teams.Cons: The free-form drawing feature would be useful but doesn't exist.
Overall: This is one of the first things I add to any new workstation for our users. When one of our users learns about this tool, they're always so relieved to learn how easy this solution is compared to other screenshotting methods
